Our FIT style masks do NOT fit all faces. Please be sure to check the dimensions before ordering. All our masks are hand made which means there may be some slight variation in the size from the dimensions listed.

Yes, all of our silk products are handmade right here in the United Kingdom. We work with local seamstresses who have been impacted by the lockdown. By purchasing a mask from us, you are helping members of our local community during this difficult time.
Our masks are made from 100% silk. Each layer of the mask is silk. The super-soft elastic, however, is not silk.
Yes, our FIT style masks do have a filter pocket on the inside. Our FAB style masks do not have a filter pocket. Filters are not included with your mask purchase.
Yes, all FIT style masks come with a nose wire in the mask which is replaceable & removable if it breaks. Please be careful with your nose wire & remove it when washing to make sure it does not break.

Domestic Shipping & Dispatch
All our masks ship from New York City in the United States.
Our standard delivery service in the USA is USPS 1st Class regular mail. This does not include a tracking number. If you require a tracking number, please select USPS 1st Class Tracked.
Tracking numbers are sent to you as soon as a label for your order is created. However, all parcels are collected by the USPS in the evening. This means you may not see updated tracking information until later at night. Please allow at least 6 hours for your tracking information to update.
All parcels are dispatched to customers inside the United States using USPS services. If you require a different shipping provider, please contact us before placing an order.
The USPS has a delivery aim of 3 business days for 1st Class Mail. Unfortunately, this is not guaranteed and some parcels arrive later. If you need your mask for a specific event, we recommend selecting a tracked service.
Yes, all orders are dispatched in Large Letter envelopes that fit into mail boxes and mail slots.
All our products are shipped in Large Letter black envelopes which are designed to fit through a mail slot or in a post box. It is most likely the postman has left your parcel in a neighbors mail slot or post box. Please check with your neighbors if you cannot find your parcel.
International Shipping & Dispatch
We only offer shipping inside North America (USA, Canada, Mexico) from our US Store. If you are in another country, please visit our UK store.
Due to the ongoing situation worldwide, many international parcels are being delayed. If your parcel has been significantly delayed, please contact your local postal service with the code provided.
Once your parcel leaves the USA, you will need to track your parcel in your local postal service's website. The USPS has a link on the Tracking page which links to the partner's tracking site. Unfortunately, tracking is not supported by the local postal services of all countries worldwide.
Care for Your FaceSilk
First, be sure to remove your nose clip before washing to ensure it does not break (see below for instructions on how to do so). To maintain the softness and shine of your FaceSilk, we recommend hand washing with luke warm water & light detegrent. Adding a few drops of vinegar to the water will also help maintain the softness and shine. You can machine wash your FaceSilk at 30C (Cold), however it may not maintain its softness or shine. Make sure to air dry your FaceSilk after washing.
You may also consider purchasing a detergent specifically designed for silk if you plan on washing your FaceSilk frequently.
Your nose clip is replaceable. All parcels include an extra nose wire in case this does happen. On the inside of your mask at the top by the elastic, you will see a part of the fabric that is not sewn down. This is on both sides of the mask. You can insert and remove the nose clip through this spot. BE CAREFUL when removing your nose clip as you may damage the fabric if you press too hard.

Your parcel should come with a replacement nose wire to replace the one in your mask as needed. If you did not receive one, please contact us.
First, be sure to contact us through the contact us page or by sending us a message on Facebook Messenger. Please include your order number in your message. If your item is eligible for return & you are in the UK, we will send you a pre-paid postage label. For international customers, we will provide you with a return address and you will need to post your item back to us. Once your item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
